Management plane

This offers configuration, monitoring, and management services to all layers in the networking stack and other parts of the device. The difference, when compared to the control plane, is that the control plane is concerned with the FIB and routing table computation, and the management plane takes care of only the configuration of IP subnets and routing protocols.
